How to attend, participate, and get CE credit for online classes through Agent Advantage Coaching & Training.
Agent Advantage expects the same professionalism and participation in Zoom classes that it does in traditional in-person training class.  When you attend a Zoom class, please do so in the same professional manner that you would if attending an in-person class.

BEFORE CLASS BEGINS:
  • All students are responsible for confirmation of the working performance of their own technology.  This includes audio, speaker volume, video clarity, ability to type in a chat box, as well as a reliable internet connection.  This should be tested on your own PRIOR to the start of class.
  • Students must ensure the device used for the Zoom class and their preferred internet browser are up-to-date prior to the start of class.
  • Students are required to have a Zoom account prior to class.  Please verify your personal Zoom account information.  If necessary, sign up for a new free Zoom account prior to the start of class.
  • Students should test the web camera and microphone that they will be using during the Zoom meeting to confirm they are able to participate in the class.  In order to receive CE credit for a course, students must be visible on camera for the entirety of the class.
  • No late admittance.  We will open all Zoom classes 30-minutes prior to class starting to ensure that participants can log-in and technology is working.  Class will begin promptly at the class start time and no late admittance will be allowed.  If you are tardy or do not attend, a no-show fee may apply.
DURING CLASS:
  • To receive CE or SAE credit, students must be logged into Zoom and submit their government-issued photo ID at the beginning of class.  You will be provided with a phone number to text your ID and real estate license number to. This must be done prior to the end of the first class break.   **Do NOT show your photo ID to everyone in the Zoom class.
  • To receive CE or SAE credit, students must have  a working web camera and be visible on camera during the duration of instructional periods of the class. To be considered visible on camera, your full head and shoulders must be seen and fill up most of the frame.  Students should adjust lighting to avoid dark shadow silhouettes and adjust the camera/device to avoid showing just part of the participant.
  • Students may not step away from the camera for any reason during instructional periods without prior notice to a class monitor or proctor.
  • All attendees should use their first and last name as your visible name when entering class and throughout the duration of the class.
  • For classes that are more than 1 hour long, instructors will provide breaks during the class.  Students must return promptly from all breaks.
  • Talking and texting during instructional time is not permitted and will result in no credit, and may result in the removal from the course if it becomes a distraction for other attendees.
  • Nudity, foul language, or any other questionable behavior deemed inappropriate by the instructor, monitor, proctor, or staff member will result in immediate removal from class and no credit will be given.
  • Driving or being a passenger in a car is not allowed for any reason and will result in immediate removal from the class and no credit will be given.
  • Some classes require accessibility to various documents, programs, and websites.  Students need to be able to remain on video while following the instructor on Zoom and accessing the required technology.  This could mean that two (2) devices may be required to participate in the class.
  • If a student fails to comply with the rules, an instructor, monitor, proctor, or staff member could send a private chat to the student to advise them that they are no longer eligible for CE credit.  The student is responsible for checking & responding to chat messages from instructors, monitors, proctors, and staff.  If the student is no longer eligible to receive Credit, the student may choose to remain in the class to learn as long as they do not become a distraction to other attendees.
  • If any emergencies arise during class, please use the Zoom chat feature to privately notify the instructor, monitor, proctor, or staff of the situation.
AFTER CLASS:
  • Students will be responsible for completing the Course Completion Roster Sheet (if applicable) and returning it within 24 hours of completing the course.  This is required to receive credit when applicable.
  • Students are responsible for verifying the course credit for CE is properly recorded with TREC.  This can take up to 14 days.
