relates to best practices in Real Estate. I have been holding training classes for over 5 years. When I first started our in-house training
program, the idea was to develop a foundation to ensure agents establish formal guidelines to both effectively communicate with their
clients, but more importantly, navigate through different aspects of real estate and in parallel become knowledgeable and compliant.
Personally, I have been a Texas Realtor since 1996 and a resident of North Texas since 1984. I graduated from Texas A&M
University in 1995 with a BS in Biochemistry and moved back to Dallas. In early 1996, newly married and looking for different
opportunities to supplement our income, I started to pursue a part-time career in Real Estate. In 1998, after having taken several
courses to help transition, I changed my primary career and entered Information Technology. Between 1998 and 2016 I was able to successfully show homes during evenings and weekends while working full time. I have a strong work ethic combined with a strong
passion for real estate. I often reflect that my technical, organizational skills and attention to detail helped me through my real estate
career.
