 Teach and Lead:   The role of the broker/owner is to focus on two things: First, business development, and second, people development. If we can get leaders to see that this is their role, then everything changes for them. By providing training resources that allow them to train to a system, it frees up their time to focus on business development and create more opportunities for the entire team. 

 Operational Excellence:  In every aspect of business, productivity tracking of activities that generates predictive results is WSS’s goal. Anything that is duplicated in a business three times or more should be a system. We strive for operational excellence putting systems in place that drive scale.

About Coach Melissa Hailey

As the CEO of Agent Advantage Coaching & Training, Melissa Hailey is dedicated to raising the bar in real estate.  She understands that when agents do a better job for their clients, it builds the reputation of the real estate profession for everyone.  While her passion is teaching REALTORS, she is also a Real Estate Broker serving the greater DFW Metroplex.  This keeps her grounded in the daily activities that agents face in their business.  Mrs. Hailey has committed herself to lifelong learning and has obtained the following real estate designations and certifications: AHWD, C2EX, CRS, e-PRO, GRI, PSA, SFR, and TAHS. She also serves on the Texas REALTORS Faculty and is a Certified Coach for Workman Success Systems. In addition to teaching, coaching, training, and mentoring agents, Melissa is a serial volunteer.  She has served on the Board of Directors for the Collin County Area Realtors where she was the President in 2018.  She also served as the Chairwoman of the MLS/Technology Committee for Texas REALTORS.  She has served on numerous other committees and in leadership at the local, state, and national levels in real estate. Mrs. Hailey also serves on the Broker-Lawyers Committee for the Texas Real  Estate Commission and is part of the Leadership Team of the Professional Development Committee for Texas REALTORS.
